The Mid North Coast Pathology provides services to the areas of Bulahdelah in the south to Woolgoolga in the North.

These services are provided from four (4) laboratories based at Taree, Kempsey, Macksville and Coffs Harbour. These laboratories employ highly skilled and experienced staff using state of the art equipment. Pathologists are sited at Taree & Coffs Harbour to provide Specialist advice to Medical Officers requesting Services.

Services are provided to patients of Public and Private Hospitals in the area as well as outpatients. The outpatients are catered for through a series of collection facilities located at Public Hospitals and in convenient off campus collection centres at Kempsey, Taree & Forster. Home visits are available.

In line with other Pathology North divisions, Mid North Coast Pathology Service is a non profit enterprise which maintains the laboratories, staffing and equipment through the fees earned.

Mid North Coast Pathology Service accepts Medicare and Private Insurance refunds as full payment so patients have no out of pocket expenses.
